On January 27, team CU in the Water made the plunge for Special Olympics Missouri.
2018 was the tenth year that Public Safety Credit Union had participated in the Polar Plunge in Kansas City. This year team "CU in the Water" was made up of 20 plungers and two super plungers. Super plungers take it to the extreme and plunge 24 times in a 24-hour period. With funds raised by selling ice cream, candy bars and even hosting other fundraising events throughout the year, the team was able to give $10,712 to Special Olympics Missouri this year.
