Social Distancing with Online Banking

As global concerns over health continue to rise, we are seeing an unprecedented level of caution. With local government agencies around the area advising citizens to be careful, the health and safety of our members and staff are of the utmost importance.

We want to make it easier than ever for you to start or expand your use of online banking. This series of articles should enable you to use online banking to help protect the health of you, your family, and the communities of Kansas and Missouri.


Signing up for Online Banking

If you're already a member with us, it's super easy to sign up for online banking. There are only a few steps to get started:


1. Confirm your identity

When you click "Register" inside the Online Banking it will bring up a page asking for your Social Security number, account number, and birthday. Simply fill in the information; if it matches the information in our records, you'll be brought to the next step.


2. Confirm your contact information

Next, you will be asked to confirm your contact information. If this matches our records, you will be brought to the next step.


3. Create username and password

Now you can create your username and password. The prompts will help you ensure your password is compliant with our security policies.


4. Create Security Protocols

You may now choose your security phrase, image, and questions to help keep you account secure.


5. Choose Features and Validate

Finally, you'll be asked about a couple of account features and given a chance to review your entries to make sure they're all correct. Read the terms and conditions, confirm, and validate your email to finalize the process.
